Proposals for the complete refurbishment of the Society’s premises at Mulcahy House – a substantial Protected Structure on Anglesea Street, Clonmel – were presented this week to the Area Council for approval.  The proposals will now proceed to National Executive as part of a funding application for the proposed refurbishment.
